The potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Greek hotels

HOTREC, which is an International Non-Profit Organization and represents the Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes industry at the European level, in collaboration with Professor Ronald Schegg from the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland in Valais, proceeded to carry out research on the possibilities and the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the hotel industry.

The research was piloted in 5 European countries, including Greece. ITEP undertook the implementation of the survey for Greece by sending the single questionnaire to all Greek hotels. The results of the survey for Greece can be seen on the official ITEP website, while the overall results for the 5 countries that took part in the survey can be seen at the link below.
